Louis D. D'Amico serves as President and Executive Director of PIOGA. Prior to the merger of IOGA and POGAM, Lou served as Executive Director of IOGA of Pennsylvania since 1995. Prior to joining the association, he spent 23 years in the industry in engineering, gas marketing and operations management.
Following graduation from the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering in 1972, he joined the Peoples Natural Gas Company as a drilling and production engineer. In 1978 he was recruited by Wainoco Oil and Gas Company, a Houston Texas based independent producer to develop and manage operations in Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan and West Virginia. He joined Industrial Energy Service Company in 1991 after the sale of Wainoco's properties. At IESCO, D'Amico evaluated producing properties for acquisition and worked in marketing natural gas services to end-users.
In addition to his engineering degree, Mr. D'Amico holds an MBA from Gannon University and is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania. Lou was one of the founding board members of the Pennsylvania Natural Gas Associates, which became IOGA of Pennsylvania.

Kevin represents PIOGA in all PUC matters, provides legal counsel to the Association on industry matters and chairs the Legislative Committee. He is based in the Harrisburg office.

Debbie has been an integral member of the association for over 13 years and is responsible for the planning and implementation of PIOGA's annual meeting, fundraising events and educational seminars.
Matt Benson

Matt is responsible for internal communications including the monthly newsletter, advertising, weekly news clips email, PIOGA's website, and assistance with educational materials and committee communications.
Dan Weaver

Dan is responsible for PIOGA's overall public affairs strategy and implementation on behalf of our 1,000 member companies and individuals. Dan is also responsible for managing our energy education programs, workforce and economic development initiatives, and media relations efforts.

Stephanie is responsible for coordinating public education initiatives, assisting in workforce training efforts and raising visibility of PIOGA and its mission at community events.

Tracy is responsible for assisting with all aspects of PIOGA's office administration, including member inquires and services and providing support to the PIOGA staff. Tracy also serves as the Committee liaison helping to facilitate the monthly meetings and managing committee members.
