| Responsibilities & Duties: | |||||||||||||
| Develops conceptual and detail design Plans the work to meet milestones Performs supervision duties, usually oversees a team Trains subordinate personnel Coordinates with engineers and personnel in other disciplines Checks drawings Assists in checkout and startup of a project |

| Qualifications: | |||||||||||||
| Requires broad technical knowledge in the pipeline area. Extensive experience in drafting and design with proven leadership ability. Must be a high school graduate, or recognized equivalent. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Designer is required during which time a high level of technical ability and adequate leadership skills must be demonstrated. Must stay abreast of technology. Nominal expected experience level in the drafter and designer is 12 years. | |||||||||||||
