Truck Pusher / Team Leader - Athens, PA. and Buckhannon, WV

Major oil/gas company. O&G trucking experience preferred. Excellent salary and benefits, relocation expenses

This individual will be responsible for the following:

• Works with various vendors and customer service
• Works with different computer programs
• Effectively communicate daily job orders
• Manage daily operations and driving crews
• Conducting driver road tests
• Handling personnel issues
• Manage a safe field working environment
• Assist the safety department in communicating safe practices to all field employees

Minimum Requirements

• 3 + years experience in DOT trucking operations
• Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines.
• Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications. Able to learn company specific applications.
• High Energy, Well Organized, Detail Oriented and ability to switch gears.
• Must have very strong professional communication skills within a corporate environment and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of co-workers, clients and other external contacts.
• Able to work overtime, travel extensively, and work on-call.
• Able to work in fast-paced, team environment with multiple, sometimes changing priorities.

Education & Work Experience

Minimum Requirement:

• High School Diploma /GED

Preferred:

• Prior behavioral based safety (BBS) training
