Advertising Opportunities

PIOGA has several opportunities for our members to advertise in PIOGA publications or Events.

PIOGA offers the following advertising opportunities:

  • Newsletter - The PIOGA Press is published monthly. A printed copy is mailed to the primary representative of each of PIOGA's more than 800 member companies. Additionally, over 2,000 other member company contacts are notified each month when the electronic version of the newsletter is available for download from our website. View the latest issue in the Newsletter Archive. 
  • Website - Two sizes of banner advertising are available on the PIOGA website. View example ads in the Service Directory.
    • (Note: We are developing a new website, to be launched during the first quarter of 2011. At that time, the website ads will appear in the new Service Directory section.) 
  • Membership Directory - We publish a membership directory in the first quarter of each year. Members will be notified of advertising opportunities at the appropriate time.

Specifications: All advertisements must be print ready; we do not provide design services. If your ad is in an electronic format (jpg, doc, pdf, pub, tif or eps file), please email it to matt@pioga.org. Electronic ads must be at least 300 dpi resolution. If the ad is submitted as hard copy, do not fold, staple or paper clip. All advertising is full color.

Deadline: Ads and payment must be received by the 1st of the month to appear in that month's issue (e.g., June 1 for the June issue). Newsletters are available to readers the third week of the month.

Sponsorship Opportunities

During PIOGAs annual membership meeting and golf outings, members will have the opportunity to be a sponsor. Meeting sponsors will have their company's name printed as a sponsor in the next PIOGA Press and will be acknowledged for their sponsorship during the event.
