We invite you to take part as an exhibitor at PIOGA's 2011 Eastern Oil & Gas Conference and Trade Show, in the heart of the region's exciting Marcellus Shale play. Due to demand, we have added 70 more indoor exhibit spaces to this year's show. That brings the total to 413 indoor and outdoor spaces.
The Monroeville Convention Center opened in late 2009 and has more than 100,000 square feet of meeting and exhibit space. It sits next to a recently renovated, 191-room Doubletree hotel and is part of a mall complex with 1,800 free parking spaces. There’s plenty of lodging nearby, with several group hotels served by free shuttle service to the convention center. Monroeville is on the east side of Pittsburgh, with easy access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) and is about a half-hour drive from the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport.
Monroeville is conveniently located for much of Pennsylvania’s oil and gas industry and related businesses. It’s also an easy drive for those working in Ohio, West Virginia and New York. Our 2010 event attracted over 400 conference participants (who have full show access) and just under 1,500 show-only attendees, along with more than 800 exhibit staff. The event has grown every year since it was launched in 2008, and we expect that to continue for 2011.

Exhibitor Profiles
The American Oil & Gas Reporter is again publishing our official show guide. As part of the guide, each exhibitor receives a complimentary listing. Please use one of the forms below to submit your listing by July 15:
- Electronic submission. If using Outlook, Eudora or similar e-mail program, you can click the "Submit by Email" button to send the form electronically to The Reporter. If you are using a web-based program such as AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, gmail, etc., you will need to save the form to your desktop and send it as an attachment to pioga-eogcts-exhibitor@aogr.com.
- Hardcopy submission. Print this copy, fill it out and return by fax to the number listed on the form.

Quick Facts
Exhibit costs:
- PIOGA members, $1,000 per 10'x10' indoor space or 20'x20' outdoor space. Your company must be a paid PIOGA member at the time you reserve your space. If you are not listed in our online Service Directory, your company probably is not currently a member.
- Nonmembers, $1,500 per indoor or outdoor space.
Finding out which spaces are available:
- Download the exhibitor information packet, which includes the floorplan.
- Visit the registration website and click on Exhibit Spaces on the left side of the page. This shows a real-time list of which spaces are available and which are reserved. The reserved spaces have a padlock symbol. You will see the list again as part of the registration process, when you will be able to select your space.
- We also have an online spreadsheet available showing companies that are registered. This is sorted by space number and by company.
How to register for exhibit space:
- Download the exhibitor information packet.
- Visit the registration website and click on Exhibit Spaces on the left side of the page. This shows a real-time list of which spaces are available and which are reserved (reserved spaces have a padlock symbol). You can then refer to the floorplan in the exhibitor information packet to locate the open spaces.
- Click the green Register button on any page of the registration website above. You will be able to choose your specific space as part of the process. All exhibit registration is done via the website above.
- After registering, download the Indoor Exhibitor Manual or Outdoor Exhibitor Manual for information about exhibitor services that are available. Also, check the Essential Links section above for lodging and other information.
Exhibit staff passes:
- You receive two exhibit staff passes per space. This does not include the person who is listed as the contact for your exhibit registration, unless that person is entered as an exhibit staff person during the registration process. These passes provide full access to the show and all conference activities. If you have alredy reserved more than two spaces, you may update your registration to add your full number of exhibit staff. To do this, refer to your confirmation e-mail, or contact Matt Benson, matt@pioga.org.
- Additional staff may be registered for the conference at $250 per person for PIOGA members or $400 for nonmembers. This is a discount of $100 off the cost of our conference registration and includes full access to the show and conference. Click here to register by August 22.
- We also will provide each exhibitor with a minimum of 10 complimentary show passes. Although these are intended for you to give to customers, some exhibitors use these tickets to bring additional staff into the show. Used this way, extra staff do not receive a name badge or have access to any conference programming of complimentary food/beverage service.
